Accessories and Spares
SRS Crisafulli, Inc. supports its standard of "Superior Service Worldwide" in three ways. First, SRSC maintains an extensive inventory of accessories and spare parts. Secondly, SRSC keeps detailed records of customer and manufacturing orders going back many years to enable staff to identify exactly what components and parts went into every customer order. Replacement parts can be provided from vendors or manufactured by the Company. Thirdly, the Company recommends spare parts packages at the time of the original equipment purchase.
Application Engineering
The Company Sales and Technical Service support staff, including graduate engineers, collaborate with customers and Company sales personnel to assure that customers are provided products appropriate for the customers' application. Company personnel collaborate with customers and their engineering advisors to define and quantify customers' pumping and dredging goals, and to provide effective solutions from the Company's broad range of products.
Contract Dredging
Crisafulli provides "turn key" contract dredging services to municipal customers in the Western states, and, on a highly selective basis, in the Eastern states.
Floating platforms
Crisafulli builds custom engineered floating platforms that are generally used to mount pumps.
Training & Service
The Company routinely provides start-up and training services to customers worldwide for all FLUMP and Rotomite dredge products and some pump products. Customer training is supported by comprehensive Operation and Maintenance (O & M) Manuals.
